Our crafted artisan sourdough pizza made from the finest ingredients. Special pizza sauce used in Neapolitan style pizzas is traditionally made with San Marzano tomatoes. Dough is light, digestible and plain tasty. Made from natural ingredients, finest 00 flour, extra virgin olive oil, with tiny amounts of sea salt, and we ferment it for up to 96 hours.
